This one has been receiving a lot of attention on my IG and TikTok! So I feel I should say something here because there’s a lot more room to talk. First, I’m so glad @partycoffin is getting the love and recognition they deserve from their project! It’s not even fully realized but I’m already so excited to see where Welcome Home goes as we patiently wait.
With that being said!! Let’s all remember some things, Clown is only one person and he’s trying his best. All we can do rn in support is boost their work and make silly fanart. But that fanart should not be meant to hurt the creator either. It’s not a difficult thing to respect an artist’s wishes and it’d be very sad if his passion for his project became disdain instead. His rules and boundaries are spelled out very clearly on his tumblr, that information is very accessible.
We should be celebrating that Welcome Home has been made public to us! It should be fun! If Clown decides to continue on in private I wouldn’t blame them and only hope that they’re taking care of themselves.
